Djuan Ballinger, MBA

Djuan Ballinger created the first Non-Pan-Hellenic Greek Step Off in Tallahassee in 2006 after recognizing that more teams deserved a place on stage. It grew into The Stompdown. He established The Stompdown Foundation in 2017 to extend that commitment to access through education, leadership and community engagement.

The Foundation reflects a vision of year-round opportunity: connecting students and families with mentorship, scholarship awareness, college and career preparation, leadership development and community resources.
